first time installing metamod

hello all, i have problems with installing Zombiemod because i dont know how to install meta mod source and how to launch it... theres no readme about how to use and install it. and same on zombiemod... i dont understand readme... 
i just putted it to cstrike folder.. and metamod installed to cstrike (i have installer). and i dont understand HOW to connect zombiemod to meta mod... so 
me...
