Just curious, how is everyone else addressing the issue at hand?

My server is basically still full its called - ZOMBIE MOD | <<Temporarly down
you may see that in the server list.

I keep having a problem where if i do admin commands other then just votes..my server will crash! I have been playing all different CSS servers with all different mods and the server owns such as me are getting really mad as are the players. WILL THIS EVER END I ASK YOU..i just hope that MANI and zombie mod will both get fixed so this server crashing will stop! and i wont have to hear people say "Weres the zombies" as i have had to explain it like 9999999 times. It all depends on your c0ld. My server depends on you :)

P.S. No pressure or anything XD

Mani can be fixed with a simple gametypes.txt patch that he released early this morning. My linux server has been running just fine so far without using the freeze command.

Also guys running Mani, you need to let your admins know not to use ma_freeze / ma_freezebomb, as it will crash the server.

EDIT:
Haven't test the new binaries... Does it fix the freeze issue?

Same here. I instructed all of our admins to only use basic commands (kick, ban, mute, slap) until an updated version has been released, just to be on the safe side.

I did update my post above, all freeze functionality (ma_freeze & ma_freezebomb) will crash the server. Also, if you are running TK punish, you need to remove freezebomb from the punishment menu!

ive recently become a zombie mod addict, and just started up my own server with the mod yesterday. the only issue is im having trouble changing my tickrate. im at 33 and want 66

is a amd 3400/gig ram/nvidia 7800/7200rpm sufficient for this? anyone with experience changing tickrate?

i know this isnt really the place to ask but i can tell im among people who know what theyre doing, and id appreciate any help i can get. thanks guys.

You can try changing it to 66. I have an AMD 3500, 2 Gig ram, 7200 and it slowed it down some.
if you want, put -tickrate 66 in the target line in your SRCDS shortcut. But yes, this isn't the place to post that.
