Wont Let Me Run Dedicated Server          c0ld.net Forum Index -> GoreMod View previous topic :: View next topic   Author Message Slayer108   Rank: Site User Joined: 13 Apr 2006 Posts: 5 Post subject: Wont Let Me Run Dedicated Server Alright basicaly I am running a dedicated server on a windows XP Pro. I have the latest metamod and you'r latest goremod (tried both the beta and stable version). When I try and run source dedicated server with the plugin set to load when I start up dedicated server it goes to the settings where you press okay then it says loading then it dissappears before 1 second and doesn't load. So I tried it by starting the server without any plugins running, and then adding gore mod back on the list and then meta refresh and I get a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" Runtime error blah blah srcds.exe crap R6025 -pure virtual function call Note that everything else runs fine except when I try and load the goremod plugin. I have all the settings set on default and I have tried both versions. Any help? If that was my problem I must be really unlucky cause I spent like 2 hours working on the server trying to get it to work. I just downloaded the lastest version at http://c0ld.net/dls/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=33 And it's giving me the EXACT same thing as it was before, but the file sizes were differnet. Suggestions? Sat Apr 15, 2006 4:36 pm Slayer108   Rank: Site User Joined: 13 Apr 2006 Posts: 5 Post subject: As I said before, when I have it set in the plugins list to start when the server goes up, I start up source dedicated server, it takes me to the settings menu, then I hit okay and it loads for like half a second or so and then it just dissappears. And when I run the server without the plugin on startup and then re-add it to the plugins list and meta refresh it gives me the error I said before.
