The Gore Mod Gibs Question.

This is the greatest MOD out there.. Good Job..

Now a couple of questions.

This link shows some Models for dead bodies. Can we take the arms and legs and make GoreMOD use them?

They are very realistic.

Good idea, i've been trying to get a modeler to make CS:S gibs such as those for the CS:S models but no one has the time.

Unfortunately those gibs wont work. The model is very very different so it would be unrealistic =(

Then can you tell me were the gibs come from?

I have several people that make models and skins.

Maybe we could do some CS:S while we are at it.

Just an arm and leg like those would be so cool..

Basically give me the info.. And I will get some models created for testing..

My current gibs are the HL2 gibs that came with the game.

But if you know someone who can make them, ask them ever so nicely to make the following for each of the CS:S models. Without all the models the idea is pointless.

Original Model
Right Arm Model // Body without right arm.
Left Arm Model // Body without left arm.
Right Leg Model // Body without right leg.
Left Leg Model // Body without left leg.

And, for ultra realism...
Body without both legs,body without both arms, both with no arms and no legs and possibly body without left and arm and right leg, and body without right arm and left leg.

You get the picture =)

I think the reason this hasn't been done up to now is because of the amount of models required =(

So if I could get these modeled, would you have to rewrite the MOD to have them included into it?

GoreMod already exists, and I do the same thing in ZombieMod with zombies and their heads. The head comes off and the player has a headless model =)

So what do you need from me to make these work?

Goremod already Rox.. But if you had these it would be incredible..
