thank you for your help.
it's working well apart from the fact that at 100% life players bleed...
I've set it to start fro 50% which works fine, if you have say 76% you don't bleed??? very strange ... |

files all in correct places from what I've checked.
menu comes up if you enter meta. but no effects in game server.
tried meta refresh and get this message :[META] Loaded 0 plugins fro ... |
