Hello,

This is a very awesome mod. My issue seems to be that hostitron will only work once and thats on the initial map of my server when it reboots. I spent all afternoon yesterday playing with my SourceMM setup to find out wich of the 3 was messing up the server. I run your other plugin goremod and ManiMM both work fine with out hostitron loaded. When i load hostitron eitehr by MM's ini or manually in game it restarts my server. It also restarts my server when i change to ANY map. I am not sure why this is i have gone through and set it in place as suggested by the readme. Speaking of the readme it stats there is a hosti.cfg file upon opening the archive there is no hosti.cfg file is it required? what is suposed to be in it? There are no errors in my log files either. You just see where it tryed to load the map then the next file is blank untill it creates a new file from restarting. I cant quite figure out why this isnt working at all and am just looking to get a little light she don the situation.

I think the cfg file changed to hostitron.cfg, did it ever work for you?

No its never worked. It always crashes on map change the only time it does work is when my server restarts on de_dust but if i try to change it to ANY other map including de maps it restarts the server with no errors.

Are you sure your using the latest version?
When you load it manually, does any info come up first or insta crash?

EDIT: yes it does insta crash i dont really understand why it does

Same problem, any time the map changes the server will crash, i did my research and found that it is hostitron that is crashing the server, i have goremod running and it does fine. Guess this mod is great for 24 hr office action3 anyways any idea;s why its crashing the servers, im running it on windows xp pro with srcds with mani's admon plugin, matties eventscripts (eternal bank, counter-bet, and wanteddead scripts) and of course mmsource (goremod) hostitron is tjhe pnly one giving me the problems, and is the one i really want to be able to use, i like being able to have clients download my hostages :) and hosti makes that easy...

ps also i am running the current version of hosti

Same problem solved, delete any bot config line is server.cfg or server launch options, make bot.cfg ....example...

bot_auto_vacate 1
bot_join_after_player 0
bot_defer_to_human 0
bot_allow_rogues 0

bot_join_team any
bot_eco_limit 2000
bot_allow_grenades 0
bot_all_weapons
bot_allow_grenades 0
bot_allow_pistols 0
bot_allow_sub_machine_guns 0
bot_allow_shotguns 0
bot_allow_rifles 0
bot_allow_snipers 0
bot_allow_machine_guns 0

Place bot.cfg in your "cstrike\cfg" folder.
Place line -> exec bot.cfg in defaults.cfg,
(defaults.cfg is beetlesmod's config file) place line in last there.
folder is "cstrike\cfg\beetlesmod\"

chance lines Defaults.cfg
//bot_max 0
//bm_managebots 0



Maybe this works alsow in maniadmins "maniserver.cfg"...
